He has been a development worker for the past 25 years. A Graduate in Law, Dr. Noble has a Doctorate in Child Labour and has had a long career with World Vision and CCF-India. He specializes in the field of Child Development, Sponsorship programmes, and project management and execution. He serves as Specialist – Public Health at ISRF.
