The progress report that brings to conclusion the programme and often becomes the basis for the next upgrade. We at ISRF attach a lot of importance to endline surveys and have over the years fine-tuned processes, methodologies, protocols, survey instruments, and capacity building of staff to make them most effective. Together with baseline and midline surveys, it gives a comprehensive view of the programme plotting key milestones across time and multiple, often interconnected, parameters. We, in particular, emphasise on key drivers and measure their impact. The question on every agency is the sustainability of the programme and our field staff are trained to capture it through qualitative and quantitative tools and senior staff put their finger on the pulse during the field visits. We can complete them in shorter time spans without compromising on the quality. That’s because of our accumulated experience and streamlining every step of the process.
